My girlfriend made this lovely vegan burger for me. The patty only has
120 calories, with the whole sandwich weighing in about 350 calories.

Day 298 - Dinner: Facebook TechTalk Cafeteria Food

I had dinner at Facebook. It was 'Taste of Uruguay' night. I ate:

 Seitan (pronounced /ˈseɪtæn/), wheat meat, gluten meat, or simply
gluten, is a food made from the gluten ofwheat. It is made by washing
wheat flour dough with water until all the starch dissolves, leaving
insoluble gluten as an elastic mass which is then cooked before being
eaten.

 Seitan, jasmine rice, roasted zucchini and squash, steamed
cauliflower, walnuts, almonds, spinach, mint, with half a cup of
lemonade and a cup of green tea.

Obese People Have 'Severe Brain Degeneration' - Yahoo! News

A new study finds obese people have 8 percent less brain tissue than normal-weight individuals. Their brains look 16 years older than the brains of lean individuals, researchers said today.

Those classified as overweight have 4 percent less brain tissue and their brains appear to have aged prematurely by 8 years.
